SAN FRANCISCO, May 24, 2024 - Salesforce (NYSE: CRM), the global leader in customer relationship management (CRM), today announced that its board of directors has approved a 150% increase in the company's quarterly dividend to $0.40 per share of outstanding common stock. The increased dividend will be payable on June 15, 2024, to shareholders of record as of May 31, 2024.

"We believe that a consistent and growing dividend will provide our investors with a compelling return on their investment."
